Medical Marijuana Treatment Centers
The state currently has 25 licensed Medical Marijuana Treatment Centers (MMTCs) that are regulated to provide safe, tested, and quality-controlled medical marijuana products in various forms, including tinctures, edibles, smokeable flower and other products.
In addition, in 2024 the Florida Department of Health issued an ITN to select an additional 22 new MMTC licensees. Final approval of these licenses is moving forward through litigation with anticipated approval in 2026.
